Our Story: Why We Built The Planning and Practice Hub
The Planning and Practice Hub was founded because we saw too many human services organisations facing the same challenges: sick of expensive, drawn-out consulting engagements, drowning in compliance demands, and needing practical, "done-with-you" solutions, not just another lengthy report.
With over 50 years of combined leadership experience across early childhood, NDIS, aged care, and community programs, our founders built a different kind of partner—one that combines:
