Why I Built This - Our Founder Rachel Willis
As a CEO, I recall a Thursday at 4:20pm when my quality lead said quietly, 'We passed the audit… but we can't do it like this again.'
My stomach sank. We didn't have a care problem—we had a rhythm problem.
That moment made me pause.
I built The Planning & Practice Hub because I was done with heroics before audits and exhaustion after them. I wanted something small, human, and repeatable—so my people could breathe and still deliver.
Here's how I run it:
I set 90-minute sprints so we only commit to what we'll actually do this fortnight.
I turn policy into "Tuesday 10am" behaviours—clear, teachable, checkable.
I close the loop: incident → insight → improvement (no more lessons parked in inboxes).
