The Planning and Practice Hub is a specialist human services consultancy supporting organisations across Northern NSW and Australia. We work with NDIS providers, aged care organisations, child and family services, out-of-home care providers, homelessness services, neighbourhood centres, community organisations, peak bodies and not-for-profit boards.

Our services include NDIS compliance consulting, NFP governance and Board support, child safety consulting, government tender and grant writing, policy and procedure development, strategic planning, quality and compliance systems, service model design, practice assurance and executive advisory support.

Led by Rachel Willis, the Hub brings nearly 30 years of experience across government commissioning, policy and regulatory functions, service system design, executive leadership and Board governance. Based in Northern NSW, we support organisations in Yamba, Grafton, the Clarence Valley, Northern Rivers and across Australia.
